At Encouragementstore.com, we strive for excellence in our products and service. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase (the piece was damaged, defective, shipped incorrectly or doesn’t meet your expectations), we will refund your cost in full. Please click here for our Golden Promise to put your mind at ease about purchasing product with us.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt in original condition and the original box, and we will gladly refund your cost or replace the item. Please see below for specific policies and instructions.

Product Return Form

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, shipped incorrectly or doesn’t meet your expectations, please click here. A Product Return Form will come up. Please fill it out completely. You will need your Customer ID and Order Number from the order receipt e-mail that we send you. Or, click My Account and you will see all of your orders listed. Click on the appropriate order and it will give you your Customer ID and Order Number. Please use the same e-mail address you used when ordering your product. Click “Submit” and a customer service representative will contact you by e-mail. The Product Return Form contains all the information we need to process your refund or send your replacement efficiently and promptly. No refunds can be issued if you do not fill out the Product Return Form completely. No replacements can be sent if you do not fill out the Product Return Form completely.

Replacements

Click “Submit” and a customer service representative will contact you by e-mail. When we receive your completed form, we will determine a course of action. Most likely, you will need a return label. If that’s the case, you will receive an e-mail with a return label attached to it. Please print this return label and use it to return your product. We cannot refund return shipping charges incurred from not using this label. You need to put the product in the original box and attach the return label to the outside of the box. Please use adequate packing materials to protect the item while it is in transit. Give the package to FedEx to return to us. When we receive your return, we will send a replacement at no charge to you.

No replacements can be sent if you have not filled out a Product Return Form online.

Please note that we may not be able to send a replacement if the item was purchased too long ago.

You can expect your replacement in four to five weeks after we receive your return.

No refunds can be issued if you have not filled out a Product Return Form online.

You can expect your refund in four to five weeks after we receive your return.

Lost Returns

When you return product, you must use our return label. It enables you to use FedEx to ship the return and it allows us to track to package if it gets lost.
